Ben has been in recruitment since 2004 and comes from a background recruiting marketing and market research roles. He recruits roles across marketing and communications including digital and direct marketing.
Ben has a keen focus on tailoring his approach to each client and candidate and firmly believes in building long lasting relationships. He is especially skilled at advising candidates on how they can best demonstrate their ability to do the job during their interview.
Ben is also a qualified Personal Trainer and spends weekends helping people get fit. He is the person to answer all those fitness based questions!
