Supporting the sector to hire more inclusively
Why are we running the Inclusive Recruitment course?
What can you expect?
How will your charity benefit from this course?
Course Overview
The course will be delivered online via Zoom with the aim to support organisations to design their recruitment practices in an inclusive and equitable way. Following the pilot programme, which was completed in March 2022, one of the biggest benefits which organisations who attended valued the most was networking with others and learning how inclusive recruitment worked in other places.
Who is this course for?
Attendees could be from the HR team, a project or hiring manager, the Chair of an internal EDI committee, a department Head or a Director. The important thing is that attendees are willing to share thoughts and the knowledge gained about best inclusive recruitment practice within and across their own organisations.

”The best thing about this course is being able to think about some action points that I can embed and things to think about going forward. It was great to network and meet others and hear what they are doing.
Manjinder FloraRoyal Free Charity
”Going forward, I will definitely look into language in a job description, review the purpose of both the JD and Welcome pack, and gather EDI data after each recruitment. It was good to connect with others and share ideas.

About your trainer
“A key driver in developing this course is to be able to give confidence and empower delegates to make changes in the sector. Our attendees showed a 20%-point increase in their confidence when it comes to implementing inclusive changes to recruitment processes, which contributes to that goal”
