Senior Partnerships Manager
Charity People is pleased to be working with a leading children’s charity in their search for a Senior Partnership Manager. This role will focus on managing and developing key individual relationships, secure new partnerships and deliver special projects.

About the role
This is a brand-new role which will sit within the Volunteer Partnerships team, which consists of four high profile volunteer fundraising boards made up of influential and successful volunteers. Each board is responsible for developing and creating a range of fundraising initiatives using their networks and influence to secure income via multiple income streams.
As the boards have grown in size and number, so have the opportunities. You will support and develop all four boards, with a focus on developing new, compelling partnership propositions to unlock opportunities within the boards network and specific industries in order to activate new business and grow income. The industries the boards inhabit include property, sport, media, finance and usury brands.
You will work closely with each of the Senior Partnerships Managers who lead on each board, to help create strategies within each of the boards sector to identify and secure new income.
You will be an excellent relationships manager, able to prioritise tasks, excellent communication skills as well as being self-motivated and highly organised. Demonstratable experience of working with high-level individuals and organisations. Be commercially minded and understand the principles of fundraising and the importance of cultivating long term partnerships.
You will be a good writer, able to write engaging content and be confident in delivering pitches for a wide range of audiences.
