We are proud to be working with a leading professional membership institute to recruit a new Customer Service Executive.
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work from their Fenchurch Street, City office just two days per week.
Our client provides over 20 different courses to their professional members and it will be your role to provide member-support relating to their studies and online learning platform.
Other responsibilities include:
Act as the first point of contact, assess and resolve queries received by telephone or email from existing and potential students
Enrol new students on the CRM ensuring that they are given the access to the virtual learning environment promptly
Carry out tasks relating to data cleansing as and when needed.
Student enrolment administration
Support the wider team to plan, organise and publicise webinars and events promoting their qualifications
Support the wider team in the preparation for and during induction weeks for new students
You can also look forward to receiving training once in post, relating to the IRM’s online learning platforms.
