Charity People are excited to be working in partnership with Charity Digital, a charity that helps other charities increase their impact by being more digital. They are looking for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.

Charity Digital partner with leading technology providers to deliver the UK’s only software donation platform, Charity Digital Exchange. Services improve digital awareness and access, connect charities to the digital expertise and talent they need, and raise the bar for digital skills and understanding for non-profit organisations of all kinds.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Upselling products relevant to clients needs and requirements
  • Assisting charities who are having difficulties with using the online system
  • Responding to queries about the eligibility criteria
  • Assisting with the processing of registration applications from charities in a timely and accurate manner
  • Troubleshooting issues with our various tech teams and providing good communication with our customers during these requests
  • Keeping up to date with our processes and products via our intranet and websites
  • Updating our websites with new releases, price changes and eligibility criteria updates
  • Provide reporting and key stats on the programmes assigned to you for weekly meetings

About you:

You will experience in a smaller fast paced customer service environment and have worked to strict service deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness. Good PC skills, including use of the internet, Office 365 and ideally use of database and web-editing applications
